Financing at a Glance
What makes healthcare financing different?
Insurance reimbursement lags, high equipment costs, and staffing pressures create unique financial challenges for medical practices. We build financing around how healthcare businesses actually operate.
No Collateral Required
Our medical business loans are unsecured. Approval is based on your practice's revenue health and history, not on pledging equipment, real estate, or personal assets.
Reimbursement Cycle Awareness
We understand that insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid payments often arrive weeks after services are rendered. Our underwriting accounts for this lag rather than treating it as a negative indicator.
Fast Decisions for Time-Sensitive Needs
Whether you're replacing a critical piece of equipment, covering payroll during a billing delay, or seizing a growth opportunity. We deliver decisions in hours, not weeks.
Full Flexibility on Fund Use
Staff a new provider, renovate a patient suite, purchase diagnostic equipment, or bridge an operational gap. There are no restrictions on how you deploy the capital within your practice.

Receive a lump-sum deposit as fast as 24 hours after accepting your offer. Invest in your practice immediately: equipment, staffing, facilities, or cash flow.
What can you use a medical practice loan for?
Healthcare practices face ongoing operational demands, from reimbursement delays to rising technology costs. Financing helps you stay competitive and financially stable.
Expand Your Practice
Open a new location, add providers, invest in marketing, or renovate your facility, with financing structured around your revenue cycle rather than a standard bank template.
Bridge Cash Flow Gaps
Insurance reimbursement delays, seasonal billing cycles, and slow-pay payers can strain any practice. Working capital financing keeps payroll, rent, and daily operations running without disruption.
Invest in Equipment & Technology
Upgrade diagnostic tools, EHR systems, imaging equipment, or treatment technology to improve patient outcomes and stay competitive, without depleting operating reserves.

Let's TalkHow do you qualify for healthcare business funding?
Qualification for healthcare financing rests on the same four inputs as any business file: how long the practice has been operating, what it deposits each month, the owner's credit profile, and what the last few months of bank statements actually show. Practices are often stronger on the second than owners expect, because insurance and patient payments arrive steadily even when they arrive late.
What we ask for up front is short. Three to six months of business bank statements, a completed application, and a plain description of what the money is for. From there we tell you which lenders in our network are a realistic fit before you spend time on anything else.
Custom Capital Advisors is a brokerage, not a direct lender. We do not set the terms and we cannot promise an approval or a rate before a lender has reviewed your file. What we can do is tell you honestly whether your file is likely to clear, and say so early if it is not.
Practices in Florida can read our dedicated guide to healthcare business lending in Florida, which covers seasonal patient volume, a Medicare-weighted payer mix and storm-season financing.
What do healthcare lenders look for in a medical practice?
Lenders reviewing a medical, dental, veterinary or specialty practice look for a few things that are specific to healthcare and are not obvious from a generic loan checklist:
- Payer mix and reimbursement timing. A practice weighted toward commercial insurance reads differently from one weighted toward Medicare or Medicaid, mostly because the cash arrives on a different clock.
- Deposit consistency rather than deposit size. A steady month is worth more in underwriting than a large one followed by a thin one.
- Licensure and ownership structure. Who owns the entity, and whether the practicing physicians, dentists or nurse practitioners are also the owners.
- Equipment already on the books. Existing imaging, chairs, lasers or lab equipment can support an asset-based structure that an unsecured request would not reach.
None of these are pass or fail on their own. They shape which of our funding partners sees the file first.
How much healthcare business funding can a practice get?
The honest answer is that it depends on the structure, and the structures differ by an order of magnitude. A revenue advance against monthly deposits typically sits in a different range than an equipment finance line against a specific piece of hardware, which sits in a different range again from a term loan supported by several years of returns.
Rather than quote a number we cannot stand behind, we will tell you which structures your practice can realistically reach and what each one would cost, before you apply anywhere. That conversation takes one call and does not affect your credit.
How fast can a healthcare business get funded?
Timelines depend on the structure and on how quickly documents come back. Revenue advances and working capital lines are usually the fastest, with decisions in as little as a few hours once statements are in hand and funds available as fast as one to two business days after that. Equipment finance typically runs a few days longer. SBA-backed structures take considerably longer and are a different kind of decision.
The part that is inside your control is the document package. Practices that send complete statements on the first request are consistently funded faster than practices that send them in pieces.
